Q: How long does shipping generally take?
A: I use USPS, so shipping tends to take 3-5 days, sometimes quicker depending on where you live. I'm currently located in Virginia, USA, so if you live further away, it will take longer.
Q: How does the "Snail Mail" shipping work?
A: "Snail mail" is shipping your order via a stamped 5x7 envelope with no tracking and minimal weatherproofing. I have this option for people who only want to order 1 or 2 stickers and would like an affordable option. This is NOT reccomended if you are ordering a limited or custom item that could be lost forever!
Please keep in mind I DO NOT refund orders lost in the mail for this option, HOWEVER I will waive your shipping fee if you decide to place another order.
NOTE: 100% of my orders sent via this method have made it to their destinations (60+ times!) most of the time when something doesn't make it, it is returned to sender. In this case I will ask you for an alternative address or correct the address issue.
Q: Why don't you do international shipping?
A: I want to ship internationally so bad, but with the current state of things, it's too risky. I'm currently researching how I can sustainably do it without having it cost an arm and a leg, though. If you live outside the US and are interested in my stuff, please let me know! I may be able to work something out for you.
Q: What program do you use?
A: I primarily use Photoshop, but also Illustrator and sometimes even Paint Tool Sai.
